Dear Ann and George,
Thank you for putting on a wonderful dinner in Chicago last night. We enjoyed meeting Ann and all the guests. The food and wine were excellent but the quality of the company was the main attraction. This is of course a tribute to your curation abilities as hosts. Our only regret is that the evening passed too quickly and we didn't have enough time to truly get to know all the other guests.

Good Afternoon, George & Ann,
K and I just wanted to take a minute out of your busy day to thank you for a great Just For Dinner experience in Chicago. The hotel stay and dinner experience (where we met some amazing couples and, of course, the beautiful Ann) far exceeded our expectations of dinner and a hotel stay. K and I are still talking about Saturday night. We sampled food and drinks we wouldn't have attempted to try before this event, and to our surprise, they were delicious.

We apologize for the delay in sending this but want to thank you for hosting a wonderful evening last Saturday in Chicago. We enjoyed the dinner, conversation, and meeting you, Ann. We had great conversations with those who sat near us, so much so that it interfered with us fully savoring our cuisine. We appreciated being able to try some courses we might not have chosen and appreciated the staff's timing of the courses. "Well done" to you and to the staff.
